Diagnostic Levels
Level 1 — $100 per board
Includes a brief hardware diagnostic and a software update to the same program currently installed on the board
When This Applies:
Automatically applied to all RMA boards older than one year
Boards sold less than one year ago, with standard issues and no external damage, are serviced free of charge
Unrepairable boards are inspected at no cost
Level 2 — $200 per board
Recommended for complex or unclear issues
Includes:
Removal of the metal case
Diagnostic machine testing (ports & connections)
Peripheral testing
Additional Services & Fees
For RMA boards older than one year, some additional services may apply:
Parts Replacement
Replacement parts are charged separately if needed, including:
Hard drives
Security dongles
RAM (memory) modules
Software Change — $350 per board
This fee applies only when changing the board to a different software program than originally installed
